Represents an argument pack of types (or templates).
An argument pack stores zero or more arguments that will be used to instantiate a parameter pack.
ARGUMENT_PACK_ARGS retrieves the arguments stored in the argument pack.
Example: template<typename... Values> class tuple { ... };
tuple<int, float, double> t;
Values is a (template) parameter pack. When tuple<int, float, double> is instantiated, the Values parameter pack is instantiated with the argument pack <int, float, double>. ARGUMENT_PACK_ARGS will be a TREE_VEC containing int, float, and double.
